Rule 20.
Since the 2025 season, a player can only play up THREE times for a higher team(s) instead of FOUR times. On the fourth occasion of playing for a higher team(s) a player cannot then play back down for a lower team without being penalised. It is very important that all captains read and understand this Rule.
