The North East Cheshire Lawn Tennis League honoured at Cheshire Tennis Annual Awards
8th December 2025 – The North East Cheshire Lawn Tennis League was awarded the accolade of Highly Commended by Cheshire Tennis for their outstanding contribution to competitive tennis across the Cheshire region. The award was presented during the Cheshire Tennis Annual Awards Ceremony, held at Chester Racecourse, celebrating organisations and individuals who have made a significant impact on the game. Steve Thompson, Val Bowen and Tom Brown, (who was also awarded Highly Commended for Official of the Year), attended the ceremony on behalf of the NECLTL.
