The organising of all fixtures will take place on 23rd February, starting at 7pm, in accordance with Rules 12 and 13. Captains and Club Match Secretaries will have one week to submit their club’s fixtures. An email with full instructions will be sent in due course to all the clubs’ Match/Tennis Secretaries.
When offering your opponents a fixture date there are a few things to consider:
1. All matches must be organised between 31st March 2026 and 31st July 2026.
2. Home captains must offer the away captain 3 weekday dates in 3 separate weeks. (Friday evenings are considered to be an acceptable weekday.)
3. The home captain can offer weekend and Bank Holiday dates but ONLY in addition to the 3 weekday dates.
4. The opponents must accept one of the offered dates.
5. Clubs which do not have floodlights for all 3 courts until 10pm must comply with Rule 13.8.2 and Appendix E.2.
