This can only be done by Club Administrators (usually Club Match Secretaries).
1. Login to your personal LTA account.
2. On the left hand side of the screen, choose the option ‘Club Administrator’.
3. Click on the NECLTL.
4. On the left hand side of the screen choose the option ‘Active players’.
5. This shows you all the players who have so far played on your teams. It lists the number of occurrences they have played for each team and highlights those players who have played for more than one team. It is automatically updated after every match.
6. It is recommended that the Club Administrator monitors this list throughout the season and warns the relevant captains once a player has played up three times. This is because although a player can play up three times for a higher team(s), after the fourth occasion they cannot then play back down for a lower team. Please see Rule 20 of the League Rules.
