1. Login to your personal LTA account 

2. Select the Club Administrator option on the left of the screen. 

3. You will now see your club page with your entry in the NECLTL. Select the NECLTL. 

4. On the left, select ‘Teams’. You should now see a list of all your club’s teams.

5. Click the ‘Actions’ button for each team and choose the option to edit players.

6. In the search box at the top, enter each player for that team. You can search by name or LTA account number. If you cannot find the relevant player, it is likely they either do not have an LTA account or have not affiliated themselves to your club in their account. (See the How To article; Add your venue).

The player MUST be a fully paid Bona Fide member of the club they are playing for and they must be registered with the LTA and have a personal LTA Advantage account and number. See Rules 19.1.2 and 19.2 / Appendix F. 

7. If the player has a ‘U’ next to their name, rather than a M / F, please ask them to check they have fully input their account details in their LTA account. 

8. If a player has two accounts, please ask them to contact the LTA and ask for the accounts to be merged. Remember to add them when this has been done. (See the How To article; Merge 2 LTA Advantage Accounts).

9. Add each player in turn and ‘close’ when finished. (The page will not automatically update, until you leave it and then return). 

10. Players can be added to multiple teams.

11. You can now ask your captains to check their team members. They can do this on their club fixture page.

12. Once the season starts, players can be added by team captains at the time the results are entered.However this is not recommended and it is expected that the majority of players will be added before the season starts.
